Privacy Policy
Updated: August 18, 2026
This app respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app handles, how and why it is handled, and how you can manage or delete information and withdraw permissions.
1. Information Handled by the App
- Apps and web data: Names, URLs, labels, separate cookies, cache, and sign-in sessions are stored on your device. When you browse or sign in to a third-party website, that website receives your network request, IP address, and information you submit, as it would in a standard browser.
- Authenticator data: Account names, issuers, code settings, and authenticator secrets are stored on your device. Secrets are kept in the system Keychain and used to generate codes on the device.
- Private data: Photos, videos, files, and notes you select or create are encrypted on your device. Decrypted temporary previews and exports are removed when use ends, the app locks, or secure cleanup runs.
- Security and settings: PIN verification data, security choices, appearance preferences, and feature settings are stored on your device. Face ID or Touch ID biometric data is processed by the system; the app receives only the verification result, not raw biometric data.
- Purchases: Apple processes Premium purchases and payments. The app receives StoreKit-verified product, transaction, and entitlement information and caches entitlement status on your device. It does not receive your Apple ID password, card number, or full payment details.
- System permissions: The camera is used to scan authenticator QR codes, take photos for encrypted import, or serve a website after you approve its request. The microphone is used by a website for calls or recording only after you approve its request. Face ID protects locked content and confirms sensitive actions. System photo and file pickers let you select individual items without granting the app access to your entire library or file collection.
2. Collection, Use, and Sharing
The app does not operate a developer server that receives the local content described above. It includes no advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not sell personal information or build advertising profiles. Information is used on the device only to provide separate web sessions, security codes, encrypted storage, backup and restore, Premium access, and security locks.
The app does not actively share your local content with third parties. Apple processes purchase and system-service data under Apple's privacy policy. Third-party websites you choose to visit process web requests and information you submit under their own privacy policies. The app does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices.
3. Retention, Deletion, and Export
- App settings, web data, authenticators, and private data remain on your device until you delete the related item, clear data, or uninstall the app.
- Private items moved to Recently Deleted are retained for up to 30 days, then permanently deleted. You can restore or permanently delete them sooner.
- Encrypted backups remain on your device or at the export location you choose until you delete them. Uninstalling the app does not delete a backup exported elsewhere.
- Clear All Local Data removes app data, authenticator secrets, private data, caches, and local backups controlled by the app. It does not delete Apple purchase records or files exported outside the app.
4. Permissions and Your Choices
You may deny camera, microphone, or Face ID access. Only the related feature becomes unavailable. You can withdraw access at any time in system Settings, clear web data and individual content in the app, or use Clear All Local Data. The app has no developer-hosted account system, so there is no cloud account data to request that the developer delete. Manage data held by Apple or third-party websites through those services.
5. Security and Cross-Device Restore
The app uses the system Keychain, device protection, and encrypted containers to protect sensitive content. An encrypted backup requires the correct password to restore. Keep your PIN and backup password safe; the app holds no server copy and cannot recover them for you. Premium purchases can be restored through Apple using the same Apple ID used for purchase.
6. Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this policy for feature, review, or legal changes and will show the updated date in the app. Privacy questions: reyhanding@outlook.com.
